From Brokenness to Purpose: The Story of Réal Andrews

My name is Réal Andrews, and before I am an actor, athlete, pastor, coach, husband, father, or speaker, I am a follower of Jesus Christ.

Everything I am and everything I do begins with Him.

My life has been a journey of incredible victories and painful valleys. I’ve experienced success on television, competed as an Ironman athlete, built businesses, coached thousands, battled cancer, fought addiction, walked through depression, and learned what it truly means to surrender everything to God.

Every chapter prepared me for the mission God had already written.

Today, I serve as a Christian men’s coach, pastor, speaker, Bible teacher, carnivore health coach, and faith-based content creator, helping men and families break free from fear, addiction, anxiety, depression, unhealthy lifestyles, and lives without purpose.

My mission isn’t simply to motivate people

It’s to make disciples.

I believe real transformation happens when biblical truth meets disciplined action. Faith without action produces little change, but when we trust God enough to obey Him daily, our lives begin to reflect His promises.

That conviction became the foundation for Faith. Discipline. Action.

These aren’t just words.

They’re a way of living.

Faith anchors every decision.

Discipline builds the life God is calling us to live.

Action turns belief into obedience.

Through coaching, Bible studies, speaking events, online content, the Brotherhood community, and practical health education, my desire is to equip men and women to become spiritually strong, mentally resilient, physically healthy, and emotionally free.

My testimony isn’t about how strong I became.

It’s about how faithful God has always been.

He rescued me.

He restored me.

He gave me purpose.

Now I spend my life helping others discover theirs.
